Achieving balance is a sophisticated process that involves the seamless coordination of muscles, joints, eyes, ears, and the brain. These exercises are crucial for maintaining or enhancing the benefits of Chiropractic care, helping individuals with balance issues become more body-aware and preventing the recurrence of balance problems.
