Our Chiropractors, Jessie Burgess (Chiropractor) and Johlen Raath (Chiropractor), have substantial clinical experience working with people of all ages presenting with musculoskeletal conditions, including back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, headaches, migraines and sciatica. What to expect from Total Health Chiropractic?

At Total Health Chiropractic, we take a thorough approach to assessment and management of musculoskeletal conditions.

Initial consultation – Your first visit is focused on understanding your history and current presentation, including how long you have been experiencing your complaint, how it is affecting your daily life, and what you are hoping to achieve. Your Chiropractor will conduct a spinal evaluation and posture assessment and, where clinically appropriate, may refer you for spinal X-rays to assist in understanding your presentation.

Report of findings – This visit covers the findings from your assessment and your Chiropractor’s recommended management options for your consideration.

Adjustments – Where adjustments are part of your management plan, each visit is tailored to your individual presentation and circumstances on the day.

Progress exams – A structured visit to re-evaluate your presentation and review any changes since commencing care. Your Chiropractor will discuss findings with you and, where appropriate, outline options for ongoing management.

We aim to provide a welcoming environment and attentive service, and to support each patient in understanding their options so they can make informed decisions about their health care.
