Providing high quality and thorough chiropractic care to people of all ages.
Dr. Jeremy Nguyen is a Chiropractor based in Mornington.
Born, raised and living in Sydney for the first 30 years of his life, Dr. Jeremy has only recently made the move down to Melbourne to practice at Total Health Chiropractic Mornington. Jeremy has completed his Bachelor of Chiropractic Science & Masters of Chiropractic at Macquarie University.
Dr. Jeremy discovered Chiropractic after a knee injury, which his mother advised him to go see a Chiropractor. Jeremy had no idea what Chiropractic was at that point in his life. The Chiropractor treated his knee a couple of times before heading to his back – most of Jeremy’s symptoms were resolved after a lower back adjustment. He discovered the power of the adjustment and the complexity of the human body, which piqued his interest.
Dr. Jeremy never chose to become a Chiropractor initially. He wasn’t too sure what pathway to take during his university years. He applied for a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science after his knee injury and discovering adjustments. After completing his first semester of Chiropractic, Jeremy found that he was effective with the use of his hands. He then fell in love with the profession and Chiropractic as a whole!
Dr. Jeremy is particularly passionate about the neurology of the human body and how every single component is connected via the nervous system – starting from the bones and joints and how they convey information and processes via our nerves, to the rest of the human body – ultimately creating movement, function and intelligence.
Prior to joining the team at Total Health Chiropractic Mornington, Dr. Jeremy practised for 5 years as a Chiropractor in Sydney before making the move to Melbourne.
According to some, Dr. Jeremy is a fitness freak – during his time off, Jeremy likes to participate in many sports including Oztag (11 years experience, also at state and international levels), volleyball, basketball, tennis, martial arts and running. And of course, the gym, to complement and condition all the above.
