Dr. Mitch Ponton is a Chiropractor based in Lismore, New South Wales.

Originally from Western Australia, Mitch’s journey has taken him across several parts of Australia, including time spent in Sydney and the Northern Territory, before eventually settling in New South Wales. He completed his chiropractic qualifications at Macquarie University.

Mitch’s interest in chiropractic grew from personal experience. After spending five years working as a landscaper, he began experiencing ongoing back pain and sought chiropractic care. Experiencing the benefits firsthand sparked his interest in the profession and led him to pursue a career in chiropractic.

He is particularly passionate about helping people return to the activities they enjoy and supporting their overall function and wellbeing through considered, individualised care.

Outside of practice, Mitch enjoys spending time outdoors, with surfing and camping being his favourite ways to unwind.
