What to expect from Total Health Chiropractic

• Initial Consultation
  During this consultation, your Chiropractor will go through your history and will conduct an assessment, comprising of –
  – Computerised posture scanning
  – Motion testing
  – Balance testing
  – Orthopaedic and neurological tests
  – Leg length assessment
• Spinal x-rays
  Where appropriate, your Berri Chiropractor will recommend spinal x-rays to gain a full understanding of your spinal alignment and any underlying conditions that we may not be aware of. Spinal x-rays are available onsite for $20 (gap payment).

• Report of findings (follow up consultation)
  This visit is about your results and recommended treatment plan that has been tailored to you. Your treatment plan may include the following:
  – Manual diversified technique
  – Extremity adjustments
  – Sacro Occipital Technique (SOT) using blocks
  – Activator method
  – Drop piece adjustments
  – Soft tissue release
  – Rehabilitation exercises
• Regular adjustments
  Each adjustment is tailored according to your treatment plan.
• Progress exams
  Progress exams are completed re-evaluate your condition and show the changes that Chiropractic adjustments have achieved. From here, the next phase of treatment can be identified.
